Contact
Following an initial CV review, we contact the interesting prospects by telephone to sound them out on their motivation, competencies, personality and salary expectations. You receive a summary report of the conversation to help in drawing up the shortlist. You may also opt for a personal interview conducted by Executive Research or with one of our consultants in attendance.
Sourcing
If you already know the name of a potentially interesting candidate and his or her current employer, we can acquire the additional contact information and approach the person in question.
Graduate lists
You can have access to the lists of graduates in specific areas of study at colleges or universities.
