Contrary to other jobsites in the international market, Executive Research never allows any third party to access the personal data of candidates, without the explicit consent of these candidates. This way we assure more privacy and safety of use of such personal information than commonly available in this market space.
All information provided remains private and is solely used for the purposes intended by and as explained on our site. Every company that accesses the company-section of our websites signs a non disclosure agreement and can only view the details of candidates that allow passing on their data to these specific companies. A model of such non disclosure agreement can be provided, by sending a motivated email to privacy@executiveresearch.com.

Your profile and CV will be viewed with all details you have filled in in the application form. Most are mandatory details, marked with an Asterisk (*). You cannot leave these open. As privacy laws may vary, we have foreseen alternative entries for some fields as the hover tips per field (mouse-over) will disclose.

Our Website is hosted from a server that is being maintained by ALP Business Service Management Ltd., who have access to our databases to ensure the contractual maintenance, but cannot access login and password protected areas and have signed a general non-disclosure agreement with us anyway. If and insofar as this is necessary for technical administration and maintenance Executive Research may thus forward your data to ensure optimal use of our systems.
The information contained in your contact details is only made available to potential employers with your active consent. We will not release personal information under any other circumstances. Today, your profile is only accessible on the www.cvwarehouse.com site in the company login section, by employers entering a contractual relationship with Executive Research.
Your CV may, however, in the future be made accessible from other sites of future Executive Research subsidiaries in other EU countries and possibly the US and Asia Pacific countries. This will then be announced in a timely fashion and you will be able to opt out through your profile login.
Your details will not be used by Executive Research for Direct Marketing purposes. In future we may imply you in direct mailing actions that will be directly related to career opportunities. Although our customers contractually agree to use your data for their own company recruitment needs only, misuse of this directive by such companies can be signaled to privacy@executiveresearch.com.
To access private data companies as well as candidates need to login explicitly and submit a password or other kind of exclusive authentication. The authentication security is enabled through various security methods like intrusion detection, firewalls, encryption, manual procedures and other. You understand it would not be safe to enter in more details on our security measures here. Additionally, passwords or any other authentication information will never be communicated by email, as we cannot ensure conclusive safety measures on all browser and email platforms used out there.
